Terms of Service
Welcome to redoit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the redoit mobile application ("App") provided by redoit ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
- Use the App to harvest or collect information about other users
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App, including tasks, descriptions, and photos ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
- Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
5.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 "As Is" Basis
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that any defects will be corrected or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
9.3 Task Management
The App is a task management tool and is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice or critical reminder systems. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from missed tasks, deadlines, or reminders.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the App
- Any errors or omissions in any content
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may stop using the App at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@redoit.now.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms or conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or our interests.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
