1.3 Photos
If you choose to attach photos to your task completions, we collect and store those images. Photos are:
- Taken using your device camera only when you explicitly choose to take a photo
- Selected from your photo library only when you explicitly choose to pick an image
- Compressed on your device before upload to reduce storage and bandwidth
- Stored securely in your personal folder on our servers
We do not access your camera or photo library without your explicit action. The App will request permission before accessing these features, and you can deny or revoke access at any time through your device settings.
1.4 Device Information
We may collect limited device information for app functionality:
- Device type and operating system version
- Push notification tokens (if you enable notifications)
- Timezone settings (for scheduling reminders)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the service - Store and sync your tasks across devices
- Send reminders - Notify you about upcoming and overdue tasks

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data
3.1 Data Storage
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. Data is stored in data centers with industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.
3.2 Photo Storage
Completion photos are stored in secure cloud storage. Each user's photos are stored in a separate folder identified by their unique user ID. Photos are:
- Encrypted during transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Stored with access controls to prevent unauthorized access
- Automatically deleted when you remove them from the App
3.3 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Secure authentication using industry-standard protocols
- Regular security assessments
- Access controls limiting who can access your data
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers - We use Supabase for data storage and authentication. They process data on our behalf according to our instructions.

5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Access and Portability
You can access all your task data directly through the App at any time.
5.2 Deletion
You have the right to delete your data:
- Individual items - Delete tasks, completion records, or photos directly in the App

5.3 Permissions
You can control App permissions through your device settings:
- Camera - Required only for taking completion photos
- Photo Library - Required only for selecting existing photos
- Notifications - Required only for task reminders
The App will function without these permissions, but related features will be unavailable.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete specific data (tasks, photos, completion records), it is permanently removed from our servers. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
